Our mission is to allow our students to hear, interpret, and
choreograph music that is designed to allow creativity of nonverbal
expression.
Liturgical Dancers: The mission is to listen to, choose, and
choreograph music that will allow the use of dance as a nonverbal form
of ministry for the Word of God. The freedom of being creative is
encouraged and a positive and spiritual cooperative attitude is
required. Uppermost is the requirement of teamwork, praise
and self-discipline. These practices are taken seriously and done
to the best of one's ability.
African Dance: The mission is to listen to, choreograph and interpret
the music of Africa. Included in the steps and movements are
some American expressions of rhythm, thus creating the dance as unique.
