STEPS TO EARN THE
PATCH AND SEGMENT PATCHES:
EXTENDING GIRL SCOUT
MEMBERSHIP IS EVERYONE’S JOB.
Extend an invitation to someone to join the Girl
Scout family.

Take her to a troop meeting, or if she’s an
adult, to a service unit meeting. Introduce her to the adult who
can place her in a troop or adult volunteer position.

Register her as a Girl Scout by completing
registration forms.

Fill out the form below with her completed
membership form and have your leader sign it.

Your patch will b e given to your troop leader
at their next service unit meeting.
