ST. DOROTHY SCHOOL
LUNCH FEES 2008-2009
The hot
lunch program will begin on August 21. Those who qualified for free and
reduced lunches for last year will have the same classification for August
and September only.
Reminder: Parents who were eligible for free or reduced lunch last
year must reapply again this school year.
A new 2008-2009 application for lunch is included with the beginning of
the year forms. Please read it carefully. It is very important that you
list your social security number, your correct income, and the total
number f adults and children in your household and your signatures on the
appropriate lines. Also please include the birthday of each child.
THERE IS ONLY ONE APPLICATION FOR EACH HOUSEHOLD.
Please
return your completed lunch application by August 17.
All new
students and other students who did not receive hot lunch last year must
pay full price. When your application is processed, you will be INFORMED
as to whether or not you qualify for reduced or free lunch.
The
lunch payment due date and costs are listed below. It is mandatory that
you pay for lunch no later that the due date. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LATE
PAYMENTS!

School
Lunch Fees are due on the 15th of each month. If school is not
in session on the 15th, payment is due on the next school day.
Lunches are ordered for the entire month. Refunds are not given. Please
send lunch money to school in an envelope marked “Lunch” next to the
student’s name and grade. Questions or concerns should be directed to Ms.

Remember that we do not make change. Therefore you must enclose the exact
change or a check made payable to St. Dorothy School.
